General Manager:        Chris Smith
Chris is in his sixth year of coaching with the Braves. Previous coaching experience includes coach at Herndon High School , one year with the Silver Spring-Takoma Thunderbolts, three years at DeMatha Catholic High School , two years at St, Vincent Pallotti High School , and one year at Bowie St. University. Chris has been a part of two Braves championship teams (Clark Griffith League - '06 and '07) and a Herndon High School district championship team ('02). Chris resides in Herndon with his wife Amy, and two children.

Head Coach/Pitching Coach:        PJ Mitchell
PJ is in his third year of coaching with the Braves. Mitchell is the Pitching Coach at DePauw University. He recorded 27 career wins while he was a player for the DePauw Tigers and had one of the most distinguished careers in DePauw baseball history. Mitchell also leads the record books for the Panthers for strikeouts (244). Mitchell is originally from Clarendon Hills, Illinois.

Assistant Coach:     Galvin Morris
Galvin is in his third year of coaching with the Braves.  Coach Morris has been the head baseball coach at South Lakes High School since 2000. He is very active in the Reston Community having coached football, basketball, and baseball with various age groups.

Assistant Coach:     Paul Koch
Paul will be joining the Braves staff after coaching with the Fauquier Gators for many years. He is also a coach with Fauquier High School.
