The Herndon Braves will be having their Second Annual Golf Classic on Thursday, July 3rd at Virginia Oaks golf course to raise funds for our collegiate wood bat summer baseball team. At the 2007 Golf Classic, over 80 parents, friends, players and baseball enthusiasts participated. All of the proceeds generated from this event directly benefit the team through purchases of equipment. Remaining funds go to support area youth baseball programs. Your contribution is fully tax-deductible and will be gratefully acknowledged with a letter and will be noted in our program. There are various ways to support our team and our golf tournament.

• Contest Sponsor ($500) - There will be two (2) Longest Drive contests, two (2) Closest to the Pin contests, and a Most Accurate contest. Your company name will be displayed at the tee or green. There is opportunity to set-up a table/tent advertising your business.
  
• Practice Area Sponsor ($250) - Meet and greet our participants at your own display as they practice and get ready for the tournament. Your company name will be displayed.
  
• Hole Sponsor ($150) - Your company name will be prominently displayed on the tee.
  
• Silent Auction/Door Prize Donor - Donate any items for our Silent Auction or Door Prize basket.
  
• Player Fee ($150) - Sign up to play in this year's inaugural tournament. Tournament fee includes lunch, dinner, beverages, commemorative gift, and goodie bag.
  
• All sponsors will be acknowledged on our website, tournament program, and our Internet Broadcast during a home game.
